This house was my first purchase and it was stressful and emotional, and in addition I was making this move to start afresh after the recent loss of my husband. Having my agent, Christine, by my side I felt at peace and comfortable in the very stressful job of finding a place for me and my two dogs(who are my world). She was a great communicator and made house hunting fun and took a load of my shoulders. I am so honored to be part of the Neighborhood HERO program. They teamed with local businesses for this program and for the closing on my new home they gave up a part of their commission in honor of neighborhood heroes like my husband, who was killed in active duty in Afghanistan. My agent was very personable, interactive and a wealth of knowledge about locations, school districts, what makes for a good home investment and so much more.
